Disc Power Phase Control Thyristors SCR 100A – 6300A

Power Phase Control Thyristors, also referred to as Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCR), are essential components for regulating and converting both DC and AC currents in industrial applications. Designed in a disc format, these press pack type thyristors are engineered by LJ-MD to handle currents up to 6300A and frequencies up to 500 Hz, accommodating voltages up to 9000V (depending on the specific series). The T series of high-power disc thyristors offers a comprehensive range of current ratings, from 100A to 6300A, catering to diverse industrial needs. LJ-MD provides a complete suite of resources, including part numbering guides, technical passports, and installation recommendations, to facilitate seamless integration and optimal performance of these thyristors.

Featuring an industry-standard ceramic housing, these thyristors are designed for easy integration into existing equipment. Polarity identification is simplified through icons on the thyristor case, while schematic diagrams and circuits are provided for further clarity. To ensure efficient operation and longevity, LJ-MD incorporates advanced cooling mechanisms such as air and water heat sinks into its thyristor designs. Assembly recommendations include providing the necessary torque during installation to minimize electrical losses and maximize heat dissipation. LJ-MD also offers technical support and certification services to guarantee customer satisfaction.
