The LJ-MCC Series Thyristors Module serves as an analogous replacement for the discrete semiconductor thyristor module MCC Series (Littelfuse or Westcode). Featuring an average forward current from 27 amperes to  700 amperes (ITAV) and a repetitive peak reverse voltage from 800V to 2200V (VRRM), these two-position thyristor modules employ a half-bridge switching circuit (common cathode-anode).

Renowned for their robust electrical and thermal cycling capabilities, these modules ensure reliability and durability even during intense operational use, exhibiting low current leakage and forward voltage drop. Encased in an industry-standard housing, integrating these modules into existing equipment is straightforward.

Primarily utilized in various power applications such as power and control units, single and three-phase bridge configurations, power regulators, AC/DC motor controls, motor soft starters, converters, and controllers for industrial processes like blast furnaces or chemical operations, these dual thyristor modules offer flexibility across a spectrum of power-related tasks.
